The New York Posts reports, Playboy cut partner out of logo licensing deal in 30 million dollar of lawsuit. CASA and it’s affiliated company, have hired a high profile New York based law firm to represent them in the suit.

The Champagne and Spirits Alliance (CASA) and its affiliated company, Fish Fork, claim in a $30 million breach of lawsuit filed last week that Playboy and its agent tried to cut it out of a lucrative licensing deal.

CASA and Fish Fork lined up a Dubai businessman, Vivek Rao, of Bond Investments, who wanted to invest money to re-start Playboy nightclubs.

The first clubs would be located in Miami and Dubai, they said.

But Playboy and Creative Artists Agency/Global Brands Group Holding attempted to go behind CASA’s back and do the deal themselves and pocket the cash without CASA getting a dime, it is alleged.
